Let’s start by knowing what is self-confidence in the first place. In a scenario where someone asks you to play ice hockey and you say yes, does it mean self-confidence? No! It means overconfidence. Self-confidence means you will try to learn ice hockey and then play it. It’s all about believing in yourself.

They can be your friends, your relatives, your coworkers or anyone. You have to distance yourself from energy killers and their toxic mentality. If it costs you to leave a job or leave your partner, go ahead, its all for the greater good.
Negative people will bring you down, do all the leg pulling and never understand your dreams and aspirations. They will always belittle you and criticize you for thinking out of the box. You know the quote, health is wealth? Indeed it is. Treat your body like its a holy place and you don’t want any junk in a holy place. Eat healthily and exercise daily. A healthy mind and body can boost your self-confidence and self-belief to new heights. Sometimes you have to sacrifice burgers for salads and trust me it totally works.

Helping someone makes us feel good and contribute in a positive way to society. It doesn’t have to be something big, a small thing can also contribute like putting out seeds and water for birds in your terrace, help a blind person cross the road, buy food for a homeless guy. All these things contribute to boosting your self-confidence and self-belief.
